Narcissistic Abuse Recovery
Narcissistic and antagonistic abuse causes real harm, even if the target of this abuse does not bleed one drop of blood. There are many difficult and complicated aspects of this type of abuse - it is often invisible, difficult to describe, and legally overlooked.

Alpha-Stim
Alpha Stim is an electrotherapy device cleared by the FDA for the treatment of anxiety and insomnia. Alpha Stim has also been shown to be effective in the treatment of symptoms related to depression and PTSD. For those of you who can meet in person, Alpha Stim can be incorporated as an add-on treatment (not covered by insurance).
